Chrissy Gough (England) - Labradors in Rescue - Why? Labradors are usually in the top three of the most popular pet dogs year by year. Their popularity as loving and good with children creates a family feel good factor. As pups they certainly have the Ahh factor! So, why do so many come into rescue? Often it is not the dog’s fault, so we will explore some of the usual and perhaps unusual reasons why?

Raili Halme (Finland) - What does Dog-Oriented REALLY Mean? Many trainers today call themselves "positive" trainers. It sounds promising, what do the dogs think? What kind of training and living with a dog is really oriented towards the dog rather than the owner? At the end of the day, a happy dog makes a happy owner.

Undine Nickerl (Germany) - A Strong Partnership: Empowerment to an Intimidating Environment
Dogs are faced with a very challenging high speed and complex environment. Depending on disposition and experience our man made world may come across threatening, scary and exhausting. Encounters with strangers, city traffic, the lack of social contact to another dog may cause stress and in consequence such unwanted behavior as barking, snapping or running. Tomte, my dog, showed all these unwanted behaviours. In my lecture I will show you how he and I developed a strong and trusting partnership that enables Tomte master even very difficult situations in a self-confident way.

Agnes Vaelidalo (Norway) - Dog Pulse in Daily Situations. We are measuring dogs heart rates to find out more about what stresses dogs in day to day situations. In particular we look at meeting situations but also some other situations during the day.

Martina Naceradska (Czech Republic) - Use of Pheromone Collar in Therapy of Behavioural Disorders in Dogs. A retrospective study included 44 dogs (26 breeds) with behavioural problem.
